From New York & Points West - Take Interstate 95 North to New Haven to Exit # 48. Upon exiting, take Rt. 91 North to Exit # 22 (Rt. 9 South). Take Rt. 9 South to Exit # 16 onto Rt. 66 East. Proceed across the Connecticut River Bridge, and continue on Rt. 66 as it bears right at Brooks Pharmacy & Burger King. At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto Grove Street. Portland's waterfront facility is located at 1 Grove Street.

From Rhode Island & Points East - Take Interstate 95 South to
Exit # 69 in Old Saybrook. Upon exiting, take Rt. 9 North to Exit # 16
in Middletown to Route 66 East (across the Connecticut River Bridge). Once across the bridge, continue on Rt. 66 as it bears right at Brooks Pharmacy & Burger King. Proceed to the fourth traffic light, and turn right onto Grove Street.

Take Rt. 154 South to the third traffic light, and turn left onto Main Street. Proceed on Main Street to Bridge Street, and turn right. Harbor One Marina will be on your left at 22 Bridge Street.

From Rhode Island & Points East - Take Interstate 95 South to Exit #68 in Old Saybrook. Upon exiting, proceed under Rt. 95 overpass and bear right to Rt. 154. Turn left at light onto Rt. 154 South. At light, turn left onto Main Street. Proceed on Main to Bridge Street, and turn right.
